SHIPPING
Deliveries within Germany
We usually deliver by DHL. In individual cases, we are free to choose a different shipping service provider (DPD or UPS) or a different shipping method.
We charge a flat rate of EUR 6,90, regardless of how many items are ordered. Bulky goods / OSET bikes / bicycles / OHVALE bikes / Ohvale engine / Motorbike Tyres / TRS bikes / e-bikes are an exception to this rule.
For goods that are ordered directly from the manufacturer, wholesaler or importer on behalf of the customer, additional shipping costs may apply.
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time for items in stock is between 2 and 5 working days. Please note that the shipping service provider normally takes 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery of trials bikes / street trials bikes*
* Delivery only possible within Germany (without islands).
For the delivery of trials bikes, we charge shipping costs of € 40 incl. VAT per bike As a rule, we ship via DPD or DHL. We are free to choose the shipping service provider.
Delivery OSET Bikes / TRRS On-E Kids*
* Delivery only possible within Germany (without islands).
The delivery of E-Trial / MiniTrial Bikes (TRS / OSET) within Germany (excluding islands) from the importer warehouse is carried out by a forwarding agent for € 55 including VAT per vehicle.
Delivery time of OSET motorcycles: It takes about 5-7 working days from ordering a bike that is in stock to delivery. If the ordered bike / motorcycle is not in stock at the importer / wholesaler, the delivery time will be extended in the same way as delivery to the importer / wholesaler. After receipt of your order, you will receive feedback from us regarding the expected delivery time.
Delivery by forwarding agent: In the case of delivery by forwarding agent, it is necessary for the recipient of the goods to be on site. Damage to the packaging and/or the item must be reported and countersigned to the carrier (driver) upon delivery. In such a case, please document the damage by means of photos in the presence of the forwarding agent (driver). For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
Deliveries within the EU countries (We are currently working on the implementation of this function.)
We also deliver to many EU countries, usually by UPS / DHL / DPD. In individual cases, we are free to choose another shipping route or another shipping method.
If registration and/or ordering is not possible, it may be because the country in which you live is excluded from delivery. In this case, please contact us by e-mail and tell us the delivery address and the desired item. We check in individual cases whether and under what conditions shipping is possible.
Self pickup
Please note that we are primarily an online trade. If you choose the "Pick up" option, please make an appointment by phone or email.
